Uti and the doctor ?

Sooo I’m 17 and have a uti and blood in my pee so I have a doctors appointment tomorrow.  But I smoked weed a week ago .. will they do any testing where they will see that? And if they did would they tell my parents ?

They aren't doing a drug test. It's a test for bacteria, white blood cells and blood in your urine.

Doctor patient confidentiality is a thing and you’re over 16 so they shouldn’t tell your parents but even if there’s a chance that they would you still need to get checked out and treated! Your health is important.

Every time I’ve been to the doctor for a UTI they literally just dip test for blood or anything like that in the urine. There is absolutely no reason they’d test for drugs unless you asked them to, and even so, they wouldn’t tell your parents! :)
