Vasectomy! YES OR NO??

So I am currently pregnant with number 3 and my husband is certain he doesn’t want anymore children and I am happy with that decision because my body takes it toll with each pregnancy! We were thinking of him getting a vasectomy but a few people have said it will take away his whole sex drive and now he is too scared to get it done. Does anyone have any experiences with a vasectomy and how did it go? Did your partner loose his sex drive, get a higher sex drive or stay the same? Also how did he feel after getting it? Thanks
