Can’t orgasm

So I’ve never been in a real relationship and I’ve never had any problem orgasming. I’ve been in this relationship for about three weeks we’ve not had sex or anything around that yet, every time we talk I get extremely horny like it’s all the time. BUT I CANT ORGASM. idk why i can’t and it drives me INSANE. does anyone know why this is happening?
