My son had RSV and his breathing was very similar if you'll notice on her right side the ribs are noticeable like pulled in a little my guess is she might have a little difficulty breathing

She has a fever ? If she does is like us when we are adults our body hurts . Give her Tylenol and then Motrin . Will stoop doing that . And she might be fuzzy to all you can do is snuggle her and do whatever she wants 🥰🥰😘😘😘for now 🤓
