Loosing weight 🙃
Hey guys I’ve been really hating my body lately and just want to feel confident in my skin again, and for me to do that, I need to loose weight. Do you guys know any workouts that are really good for burning fat? Or any good apps or diets that kelp you loose weight?? My main goal is to get rid of leg fat. Please comment some workouts, diets, or advice I’d rlly appreciate it :)
