Is this normal?!?

So according to this app it says I'm 6 weeks and 1 day, this is my second child however I feel absolutely nothing!!! The only symptom I have is sore breasts. I found out I was pregnant at 4 weeks and I've just been testing once a week to make sure I really am pregnant because I have absolutely no symptoms!! None at all!! Anyone else have no symptoms at 6 weeks?? Is this normal?? I know every pregnancy is different but with my first pregnancy I had morning sickness so bad I didn't think I was going to make it and this one I'm like am I really pregnant!!!
