Pumping question

I’m trying to breastfeed however I don’t think I’m producing enough yet so I’ve been pumping in between feeds and also supplementing with formula. I don’t feel like baby or pumping empties my breasts because they still feel a little full afterwards. Also tried hand expressing but that doesn’t work out too great either. Baby was born 2/1/19 so only been doing this a few days. Is this average output for one breast? Any suggestions to increase output would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
