Douching with IUD

I had a baby 3 months ago and my lady parts haven't been the same since! I'm finally healed from the tearing but now no matter what it doesn't smell very nice. I keep myself clean, I use summer's eve to make sure it's not irritated, I've only had sex once since he was born but no matter what it's the inside that's the problem I think. My doctor said I don't have an infection. Has this happened to any of you ladies?

I got and IUD put in about 2 weeks ago, I'm wondering is it safe to use a douche with an IUD in? I'm desperate, it's really making me self conscious. ☹
