Did you have genetic testing done while you were pregnant? Or did you just have the ultrasounds?

Doctor mentioned if we want we can do blood work to test somethings with the baby. I wanted to do the DNA gender test but it's $300.  Did you do any tests or are they just there for those who worry

We did for both pregnancies. Gender tested as well.

I did the progenity test. It was good to know my son didn’t have any chromosome issues and also fun to know the gender super early. I would definitely do it again.

I did. We got the trisomy 21 results at about 10 weeks (and found out the gender as an added bonus!).

I didn't do them. I really didn't see the point because no matter what the test said I still loved my child and wanted her no matter what.

No.  I didn’t do one.  It would not have matter to me or my husband.  I also would have had payed out of pocket for it.  But if it’s something that matters to you than do it.

I did the genetic test with my second and not my first.
Mine came back positive for something common in Down syndrome so I got sent to another hospital for more testing which came back negative and my anatomy ultrasounds came back good. Probably won’t do the blood test if I have a third
