Spotting 6 days after ovulating

Hi

So I’m 6 days past ovulating, but currently having a a flare up of thrush (sorry tmi, but I’m really sensitive to fragranced soaps etc)

So I went to the toilet and there was some really faint pink blood there that looked watery like after you’ve wiped from a wee but just pinkish instead.

Would anyone say this is due to the thrush or implantation bleeding?
