7dpo period feelings

I know everyone will tell me that I am totally not out at 7dpo but I feel like I am.

At 3-4 dpo I had dull cramps buy now nothing. I'm having the same flutter period feeling like mother nature is about to bust thru... Help me keep my sanity!!
