Clomid Side Effects or Pregnancy Symptoms?

So, I am, what I believe 8dpo. I have been having some symptoms but I’m not sure if it’s due to clomid or early pregnancy symptoms. But my boobs all the sudden feel fuller/heavier, today I had a sharp pain in my right boob that went into my nipple, and my nipples have felt a little sensitive but not extremely. I have had full cramps in my lower back & my uterus. I have also experienced some twinging in my uterus too. I have had a full “ache” & a feeling of fullness is my left ovary which I had when I was pregnant with my son but I didn’t feel that until I was between 5-6 weeks pregnant. Thoughts ?
