Should I call in??

My coworkers have been sick. Our janitor especially with the flu. Tonight I was feeling fine till I started settling down for bed. Now I am red in the face and running a fever. I feel a little nauseous but not a lot. I don’t want to dump it on my work super last minute like in the morning because normally I am the only one able to work my department on Thursdays. Should I text my manager now and let her know that I am not well tonight and will see if I feel well enough to go to work in the morning, but that I may still be sick in the morning and may need a sick day?
