What kind of schedule do you have them on, if any?

A schedule isn’t necessary at this age. Baby will sleep whenever they want to. Eventually they will start to become regular in their patterns and you can influence it a little to your needs and schedule. But I wouldn’t worry about it right now.

Our routine is she sleeps when she's tired if someone is holding her and she eats when she's hungry (on demand breastfeeding). We've recently started cosleeping as that's the only way to get her to sleep for longer than 30 minutes at night 😴

We didn't start getting any kind of routine until 8 weeks. At 4 weeks my baby would MAYBE sleep one 3-4 hour stretch during the night. Otherwise would eat every 2 hours. Would sleep 1.5 hours max at a time during the day. I always made sure that during the day I kept things stimulating and encouraged baby to be awake. At night I would keep things quiet and lights off when baby woke up. We had a pretty good schedule going by 3 months.
