How often/soon can you change formula?

My 3month old LO is mostly BF but we supplement with formula because I am an underproducer. I know they say to take a week or so to gradually transition from old formula to the new one but how soon can you change again? I went from Earths Best organic infant formula to Enfamil’s Enspire formula. She was doing great on it but now we are spitting up a lot more so idk if I should switch again? She has been 100% on the Enfamil now for a week. Should I wait a little longer to see if the spit up goes away? I have a few sample cans of the Enfamil Gentlease that I can try later on if needed.

How much is she spitting up? My baby used to spit up constantly and I was worried and talked to her pediatrician as well as our family friend who is also a pedi. They both said as long as the baby is gaining weight and not spitting up a huge portion of the feeding that it is ok. They will grow out of it eventually. But if you notice signs of reflux like baby crying all the time, refusing bottle, etc i would talk to the doctor. My baby is 4.5 months old now and she seems to have grown out of it as she spits up way less lately (same formula).

Make sure the spit up isn't from being sick, over eating, or acid reflux first since the baby was originally doing well on it. If you talk to your doctor they'd be able to help pinpoint the issue and even recommend a formula that may be best
