Passing the sac?

I am having a miscarriage. I was 10.5 weeks but the baby only measures 6.5 weeks (but two weeks ago it measured 7?
Anyway, the  nurse told me that I will pass the sac and that I will know about it as it will feel different to a blood clot. What are your experiences?

I’m sorry you are going through this 😞 you will definitely be able to tell when you passed the sac. I was 9 weeks, and when it happened it just felt like a golf ball sized thing just “fell out”. It was more of a solid substance than anything else I was passing. It wasn’t painful though I did have some pretty intense cramps prior to it coming out. I hope this passes quickly for you.

I was only between 7 and 8 weeks and yeah, I definitely knew when I passed it. Was obvious and fleshy looking. Sorry you have to go through this.

I passed my sac. It was about the size of my index finger. I only grew a sac, no baby inside. I had a lot of heavy bleeding and clots the 4-5 days prior.
