So, I got my bfp at 12dpo. It was faint but there. So I waited until I had a very dark positive before I called my dr because I've had 3 cp so I kinda knew what to look for.

On 18dpo I finally got that dark positive and called my dr. I was 5 weeks exactly. They told me to come in for a bt. They called and said my levels were at 1800 which was great. I was told to come back in 48hrs and get tested again. At 5 weeks 2 days it was 4697. The nurse said the dr wanted to see me this week for an u/s (this was Mon and u/s is friday).

What could this mean? I've read it could be normal as everyone is different. I've also read it could mean twins or it can be high for other more serious reasons. I'll be 6 weeks 1 day tomorrow (day of u/s). Should I be worried or are they just being cautious and making sure everything is fine?

I'm also wondering could this mean twins? Anyone with twins or currently pregnant with twins what were your levels this early?
