6 weeks 5 days

I went in for a dating scan today and all they saw was the gestational sac. It was an abdominal scan they wouldn’t do a transvaginal one. Can everything still turn out okay? Everyone I’ve been seeing with early scans at 6 weeks have already seen a tiny blip and got heartbeats measured. I’m scheduled to go back on the 14th, also my HCG levels were being monitored and they were rising at 75% every two and a half days. I just want success stories, I’ve already had a mmc in September and I don’t think I can handle another loss.
