Carpal tunnel at 21 weeks???

Adding to the joys of pregnancy, I seem to have got carpal tunnel syndrome 😫 Anyone else have it? There seems to be no treatment either! 
It started in my right arm and it’s just this deep seated ache from my elbow upto the palm right along these nerves on this diagram, and last night the other arm started hurting too 😭 It’s ok during the day but unbearable at night 😭😭😭

Yes but mine doesn’t hurt it just makes my hands go numb!

I get this and have for years. The dr told me it was carpal tunnel but it’s actually coming from a knot in my back. It forms just under my shoulder blade. My husband works the knot out and the wrist pain is 100% gone. Hopefully that’s all it is for you too.

Yes I do. I wear a wrist brace. It helps. The pain is gone when I wear it.
