Any idea what this is? Sometimes it’s just at the back part of my underwear so I think that’s butt sweat but then other times it’s the whole part of my underwear. Its not soaked and it’s only started yesterday but hasn’t been super damp or wet or anything. Would this happen if I was leaking fluid? Or would that be a constant trickle (it’s not) I can’t even feel it coming out just underwear a bit damp sometimes when going to pee. This makes me think it’s sweat.

Any advice 18+1 today had a scan 3 days ago and everything was fine no sign of sack having an issue or amniotic fluid being low. I am extremely anxious and have convinced myself I have every problem going so that might contribute but my panties are dampish.
