Faint line after miscarriage

Hello, I had a miscarriage on January 10 2019 I was 6 weeks my hcg was 3,000. I bleed for about 6 days. I had a negative blood test on 1/24 I tested my hcg at home on 2/4 and it was negative.. But last night I took another pregnancy test at it was a faint line took it again in the morning n it was a faint line. My period according to glow is due in 2 days. Does it mean I’m pregnant again?

UPDATE:: i tested at home almost everyday and the lines got darker and dark until it was the same color as the control line. I went to get my hcg level checked and it turned out to be that I’m pregnant :) excited but scared.. I don’t know how many weeks I am but my hcg level on 2/15/19 come out to be 2,249. Praying it doubles up.
