Sleeping all night & nighttime bottles

Are your little ones sleeping all night? My little man will be 11 months on the 14th and he usually sleeps for 4hrs+ then he’ll wake up needing a diaper change and most times a bottle to go back to sleep. Other times like the last few nights he’s up more then he’s sleeping and he’s refusing naps during the day. I was talking to my friend the other day (our babies are a month and few days apart and we also both have older kids ages 8&9) and she made the point that she’s trying to get her daughter to sleep all night so she doesn’t have to worry about bottle rot.... How on earth do I get him back to sleep without a bottle???? I feel awful bc honestly I can’t remember how I did it with my daughter, which she’s now 8. I don’t want him to have bottle rot but he won’t take just plain water at naptime/bedtime I’ve tried. And he’s recently stopped taking his paci on his own so that’s no help... 😕

Any advice or tips on how your all doing it?
