Naps??

Any other April babies trying to drop down to one nap? Everything I read says 2 naps until 12 months at least, but my almost 10 month old is fighting her second nap and her bed time. She’s showing signs she’s ready to stay awake longer in the morning too.

I believe we are in transition to one nap because most days now he does one long 3 hour nap and others, which are becoming a lot fewer, he naps twice.

My almost 11 month old dropped her second nap and now we just do one longer nap in the afternoon 🤷🏽‍♀️ if your babe is guiding you follow her lead and see how she does!

Depends on the day 
Either two naps (45 min morning / 90 minute afternoon ) or one (120–150 minute) nap around noon

My first only had one nap a day from like 6 months old.  She sleeps from 7pm to 9am so we figured she didn’t need the nap

Yes, some days he will continue his 2 naps and other days it's only one long nap. We are in the transition phase of 2 to 1 naps. My daughter was the same way at the same age too. And definitely by 12 months we were at a solid one nap a day.

My baby is 9 1/2 months and refuses naps all day.  We try multiple times a day to put her down for a nap and she just screams until we get her. Some days she might only have a 15 or 30 minute nap the whole day.
