Unprotected sex 4 days before ovulation

I had sex early morning today around 3 am. Today is my 10th day. I tested for ovulation at 8 am today and got a high fertility (clearblue advanced). Yesterday I got a low/negative fertility. Will I get pregnant? So technically, I had sex 4 days before ovulation but just a few hours before I got a high fertility.

Assuming prior trends, ovulation will happen around the 13th-14th day. As I have to travel today, we cannot have sex again this cycle now.
