Blood test

I’m 16 and have never had my blood taken. I haven’t been to the doctors in 10 years because my parents are extremely against medical stuff and I’ve never been vaccinated. Recently, I’ve had something come up that will probably require me to have my blood tested. I know for most people it’s not a big deal, but since ive never had it taken or have gotten a needle before, I’m extremely scared and nervous. I know that there’s absolutely nothing wrong with having your blood taken and that getting results is good, but I’m so grossed out by the thought of something piercing into my skin and sucking blood out of me. Any suggestions to prepare myself for this?
