So I just wanted to recommend DHEA highly to anyone undergoing <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> with a low AMH, to potentially help with egg quality. I’m 33 with diminished ovarian reserve and over three months of taking it, my AMH went from .31 to .79 and my antral follicle count jumped too.

My doctor initially estimated I’d produce 7 to 12 eggs during <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>, but I ended up producing 17. 11 were mature - 9 of those fertilized. 4 of those made it to day 5 (4BB, 2BB, 2BB, and 1BB), and 3, day 6 (5AA, 4AA, and 4AA). We transferred the 4BB and now have six blasts on ice.

I 100% credit DHEA for this! Attaching a photo of the brand I used. It’s $12 for two months’ supply. I ended up taking it for about four months before our retrieval. Whatever brand you decide on, make sure it says “micronized” - those contain a more absorbent material.

Just make sure you don’t take it after your transfer - it’s not safe during pregnancy.
