Bruise on side of babys tongue

So i came home from work, and i noticed my 4 month old baby

had a small dark spot on tongue it looks like a bruise. Last night she was crying alot i was thinking it was teething discomfort but now im thinking this happened to her last night most likely from biting?? No fever, no foul smell in mouth either. Has this happened to any of your babys?
