Can't breathe

Due to swelling in my nose, not mucus. I've never had swelling this bad before. Steam hasn't helped, hot compresses haven't helped, saline rinses haven't helped, Benadryl and Tylenol haven't helped, the only thing to touch it is Afrin for about 3 hours, then back to so swollen. It's hard to drink and eat because of the vacuum created by no air being able to pass through my nose while swallowing. No one can understand me when I talk. I have a regular appointment on Monday and I'm trying to survive till then but it's been two nights since I've slept more than an hour and I'm dying for some relief. Please, any advice helps.
