Extreme cramps 14 weeks please help
This is the first time I felt this and it genuinely scares me.
I just got woken up by EXTREMELY painful cramps that lasted about 20 seconds. I was convinced I was miscarrying? Anyone else???????
Edit: no bleeding and I’m fine now but I’m genuinely scared that it was super brief
