So yesterday my new boyfriend (it’s been like 3 weeks😂) told me that he still talks to his ex like consistently everyday. They dated like years ago and broke up because she moved but she recently moved back and they started hanging out and she texted him telling him she was catching feelings again for him and he said he stopped hanging out with her because he knew if he continued feelings would come back and he didn’t want to be associated with her lifestyle. (She smokes a lot and does some other drugs and he’s recovering so he doesn’t want to be around that and watch her doing that) but she texted him probably like 2 months ago about this and he had another girlfriend in-between that and me. I asked him if he was sure about not wanting to hangout and like feelings are hard to just ignore plus they have so much history and he said he’s sure and he wants to be with me but he just wants to be there for her too because they are like best friends. Idk I guess I’m just worried that he’s still in love with her and since they talk everyday that he’s not gonna really open up to be or idk. Should I be threatened by her and their relationship sine ours is still so new?
