Baby help?

I don’t know if anyone can help! 
My daughter is 4 months next week and is becoming really attached to me. She cries when other people hold her and of more recent she won’t even let my partner (her dad) rock her to sleep! 
Is this normal? How can I help?

My son did that. Around 6 months he started becoming more independent. I did have my husband hold him with my shirt over his shoulder for a while so he smelled like me. That did help a lot when I was at work and he watched him. Maybe sleep with a blanket of hers and when people hold her have it thrown over their shoulder that she will be on.
