What’s wrong with me??

Stoped taking BC about 2.5 years ago. My cycle finally came back and was kind of regular. I’ll skip a month every now and then. Doctor started me on Clomid 50 mg CD 5-9 and I’ve only been able to take it once (December) because I didn’t get a period in January and haven’t yet this month either. It should’ve come the very first part of this month but hasn’t. When I had bloodwork done on CD 20 back in December the doctor called and said that based on the results, it didn’t look like I ovulated at all.... I’ve been having cramps of some kind almost every day and nausea in the morning. Cramps have been more like painful twinges on one side or kind of in the middle. Tests have all been negative though.... What’s wrong with me? Why can’t I ovulate and just get pregnant?? Why is this so hard? I just want to crawl into a hole and cry!! 😭😭
