Did I over cook my salmon?
It was completely frozen, oven baked in foil w rosemary lemon salt pepper & olive oil. Looked like this and not pink at all. Moist and flaky but I’m wondering why its not the usual pinky color.... did I mess up?

and I ate some and it tasted fine to me, I’m just wondering where I went wrong
