Dead arm?

Hey guys! So during the night, I wake up several times with a dead arm? This has never happened to me, and I’m not doing anything weird with my arm (like sleeping on it or sleeping on that side) it usually happens when I sleep on my back?! Anyone ever had this problem!?

I’ve had it happen several times though I am sleeping differently. I have been propping myself up with more pillows. Isn’t pregnancy great?! 😂

So I dont get dead arm, but I have developed carpal tunnel syndrome from pregnancy. I didnt even know it was a thing until now. Occasionally the tingly numb feeling creeps from the hand to the arm first thing in the morning, but mostly sticks to my hand. It's awful...

My doctor said I have carpel tunnel. I got a wrist sleeve on amazon and wear that at night. It really helps.

I get this too, but mine is when sleeping on my side! How far along are you? They say that as the baby gets bigger being on your back can mean the baby and uterus presses on one of your arteries which can effect a few things such as circulation, so maybe this is what is happening to you? I have had this for weeks since finding out I was pregnant it is driving me crazy but I’m just used to it now lol 😂 x
