24 hour period?

I had a miscarriage on the 5th of January at 5 weeks pregnant. I started cramping and bleeding (medium flow) February 7th, and stopped bleeding February 8th with VERY light spotting only showing up on toilet paper when I pee since. Never had this short of a “period” before and curious what this could be from or if it could be implantation bleeding (we are still TTC)? TYIA
