pregnant/accutane/late period

should i be worrying about pregnancy? i am currently on accutane and in the past it has caused a lighter or a delayed period for me. for the past 8 months i have not had any sex and was not planning on it therefore my dermatologist did not put me on 2 forms of birth control. however, i kind of had unprotected sex in the heat of the moment type of thing. my period was already 13 days late due to the medicine and i had sex with an ex. he pulled out 2-3 minutes before finishing and i blew him off the rest of the way. before you say yes i should have used a condom and yes pulllut isn’t effective that’s simply not what i’m asking. i’m asking wether in your opinions wether or not you think i should be totally stressing myself out over possible pregnancy or if i shouldn’t think too deep into it. thank you.
