Stuffy Nose... anyone else?

Okay my nose has literally been stuffed up for three months now. I slept for maybe three hours a night and i’m awake the rest because I can’t breathe at all. I’ve tried everything, diffuser, netti pot, saline mist, i even made my own natural peppermint rub and I cover myself and I can’t even smell it! 
Someone please tell me that there is something my doctor can do because I can’t go five months like this😩

Me too. And LOTS of sneezing. Really fed up with it, plus I have sores round my nose. I can't wait to breathe properly again..... Hope it goes for us all real soon 🤞🏻💋

I use lots of vicks and at night try not to sleep completley flat in bed try and put pillows behind your back so you can sleep up right to breathe a little better.  I have been the same these past 3 months and thats the only thing that has help a little good luck !!

You can use Afrin but don’t use it for months st a time as it can become addictive. But it will unclog everything instantly. It was on my approved list from doc.

I had this right before I got pregnant and I was in and out of the doctors every two weeks. Finally she proscribed steroids and antibiotics at the same time and I got healthy and got pregnant. Then I was gone for about two weeks and something blew into town and I’m scared it’s starting again and there won’t be anything anyone can do. She’s always just suggested the nedipot? I hate them so it’s hard for me to agree to use them😂

My nose has been so swollen for days that I can barely talk or eat or drink and definitely can't sleep.  I finally called my doctor who told me to take Sudafed and Afrin. I finally found relief after 3 doses. I'd say call your doctor/OB/midwife if home remedies aren't working.

Try drinking hot water with fresh ginger, honey & lemon. My husband has had a bad cold but I haven’t caught it as I drink this every morning. It also helps with my nausea. Good luck
