How to lose the unnecessary weight gain when pregnant?

I’m 28+4 today.. I feel like I’ve gained unneeded weight, as I’ve been eating a lot of crap lately 😭

At first I gained weight very slowly but suddenly just put on loads! And I know it’s not healthy for me or my baby and I don’t want to put myself in the high risk.

Anyone suggest anything? I know light exercise might help and healthy eating of course!

But has anyone else done the same thing?

I’m doing this for myself and the health of my baby.

I know you will gain weight when pregnant, it’s bound to happen..

and some people gain LOADS. And that’s fine I’m not degrading anyone who’s gained weight, before you sensitive snowflakes start on me..
