Today i’m about 6 weeks pregnant. Getting my first US 2/20. The past few days i did feel a little nausea in the morning, but no throwing up.

Last night i woke up around 4am and was feeling so sick! Had to throw up. At the same time i had pretty bad cramps in the groin area that spreaded out to my pelvic. Right after i threw up, the sickness was over and a couple hours later so was the cramping. No bleeding or spotting. Anyone else experienced this before? I’m scared especially since i had a MC in december.
