So I have a hemorrhoid and this is one is killing me, I can’t sleep any movement is excruciating. I’ve been using tucks or whatever they’re called and it’s not helping at all. I have a 5 year old and a 1 year old and am currently 36wks and 1 day pregnant. I’m struggling. My fiancé can’t keep staying out of work as he only has 3 vacation days left he’s been out the past 2 days because I had to go to the hospital for a different reason and now this. It came out yesterday and I just need relief

Please someone help me, I’m desperate at this point.
