Scratching in my uterus

Hello beautiful people, this is my first pregnancy and I am 23 wks. For the first time last night I felt what I thought was scraping or scratching in my uterus by my baby. It scared the living shit out of me that I yell so loud and scared my fiance into thinking I was in extreme pain 😁 (ok not funny). I felt it slightly at first which startled me but then it was more intense the second time. I repositioned and jerked my belly a little whenever I felt that sensation coming on again. I don't like the feel, it feels scary. Has any of the mothers or mothers to be experienced this?
