I hope this is your month. 
This is how it went for us. I took general multivitamin for 6 months before TTC and did a lot of work on mentally preparing myself for pregnancy. Mainly yoga & meditation. I’d been practicing yoga for over a year at that point anyway. 
Month 1: pre conception vitamins, pressed & ovulation strips. Sex 3 of the 6 fertile days. 
Month 2: preconception vitamins, ovulation strips. Sex 4 of the 6 fertile days. Preggers 
I’m 16 weeks now 😁
