So I’ve been taking insulin and eating pretty healthy and my sugars are still high. I haven’t had any chocolate or anything I’m so long. I splurged and ate a chocolate covered rice krispy treat. Yes I know that’s a lot of sugar, I have been crying daily because of my sugars. I don’t eat anything good anymore. I feel so terrible for giving in and eating chocolate because my sugar was 147 after eating breakfast. I don’t know how to feel anymore. How do you cope? Did I just harm my baby?
