What if it’s not the same as before...

I had a chemical in October and all the symptoms I had then are none that I have now, but I’m still having symptoms. For example, in October I had cramping and implantation bleeding. Now I’m experiencing intense breast soreness and I woke up with a horrible back ache. This whole time I’ve expected to feel the cramping like last time but I haven’t felt any. Any thoughts? I know each pregnancy is different but are symptoms for each different?

I MC in April last year at 9 weeks. I am currently 27 weeks pregnant and both pregnancies were totally different.

I had a chemical with completely different symptoms than the pregnancy I am in now. I’ve had no cramping with this one but I did with the chemical

Every pregnancy is different... right down to the symptoms you experience. For example: some women have horrible morning sickness with one pregnancy and then nothing the next.
