Blood test wrong??

So I got the panorama blood test. When I got it I told them I did not want to know the gender I just wanted the genetic testing done. when they called back with the results they said they knew the gender even though they said they weren’t going to run it. We got the results and it says girl but we got this ultrasound at 14 weeks and I swear there is a tiny penis in between the babies legs! We have our anatomy scan coming up soon to confirm. But what do you ladies think I know it’s a long shot but I have a daughter already and her ultrasound pictures of her vagina did not look like this! It was three little lines. I need opinions!
