Blood test wrong?

So I got the panorama blood test. When I got it I told them I did not want the gender results back and that I just wanted the genetic testing done. When they called back with the results they said they knew the gender even though they said they weren’t gonna run it before. We got the results and it says girl. But we got this ultrasound done at 14 weeks and I swear their is a tiny penis between this babies legs! We have our anatomy scan coming up soon to confirm the gender. But what do you ladies think? I know it’s a long shot it could be a boy. But I have a daughter already and her ultrasound pictures look nothing like this even at 14 weeks. She had three little lines! I need opinions!
