Missed period and Negative Test

I was suppose to start my period on the 1st of this month. AF never came and so I took a pregnancy test twice this week and both times they have been negative. I took one this morning and it said negative but if you hold your flashlight up to it you can seen half a faint line. Without the flashlight you can’t see anything. I haven’t had any spotting nor any cramping. I had a miscarriage in November but with that pregnancy I had strong positives. I guess I am just looking for some guidance or suggestions. The internet has not helped me at al! Thanks!!
