Long vertical scar on stomach, first time pregnancy

Hello ladies! I am 34 now and at six weeks +! It seems like a miracle 😂🥰

When I was 18, I was hit by a car and very seriously injured. My spleen ruptured from the impact and had to be removed. I have a long vertical scar from just below my breasts to about two inches below my belly button. It’s a little raised but it so much.

I’m wondering what this will look like in pregnancy? Years ago when I was 20 a physiotherapist made some stupid comment how it would probably end up really bad in pregnancy and I never forgot it. Does anyone have anything similar?
