Should I call in

I’m sure I’m not the first person to get terrible periods but I can not even function the first two days of my cycle 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ my period started a couple hours ago and I can’t do anything but writhe in pain and vomit because the pain is so severe. I’ve already been through 4-5 tampons and I already know tomorrow is gonna be worse. I’m thinking about calling in because I really cannot walk or do anything!! Regular meds don’t help so I just take Tramadol for the pain which doesn’t work either. Also should I see a doctor about this?
