Ttc for about 8 months

So my periods cycles are 46 days and I was on depo for about 2 and half years been ttc for about 8 months now and I have no idea when I ovulate i had sex on January 29 and after words that night saw wet and looked like there was white in it

but febuary 6 I had sex and seen blood in the toilet and whiped the rest off then the next to days didn't have sex than I sex on the 9th and seen blood again and my period isn't post to be for another 20 days took a pregnancy test the 9th and it was negative I have been having cramps and back hurts and head akes and I have athedreflex so what should I do
